Kodland is a digital platform that connects tutors with children and young people around the world. If you are proficient in Python and enjoy sharing your knowledge with children, we are currently looking for Python Tutors to join our fast-growing team!

Position description:

• Delivering fun and engaging lessons based on the provided curriculum and materials.

• Working with children aged 10 to 14 during online classes, both individual and group sessions (9–12 students).

• Improving your teaching skills under the guidance of experienced Kodland mentors.

• Sharing feedback on lessons and materials with the team.

• Providing regular and detailed reports on student progress.

• Enhancing the learning experience and student engagement in class.

• Being a positive, influential, and friendly figure at Kodland.

• Implementing creative ideas to support students.

• No teaching experience is required, however we will invite you to an interview, and upon your request you will need to complete a digital skills test.

• You must demonstrate programming skills.

Requirements:

• Python programming skills at at least an intermediate level.

• Willingness to acquire new skills and improve those you already have.

• Readiness to teach children and help them achieve high results.

• Availability to work on weekends and/or on weekdays and in the evenings.

• Ability to work independently.

• No criminal record and no prohibition on working with children.
  

Important: This is a remote position, so you will need your own laptop with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work. Candidates have the opportunity to learn Scratch and Roblox with us. We offer a B2B contract with the possibility of working as an unregistered sole trader; other available options also include cooperation with the TwójStartup incubator.
